For a LAN connection:

  • Check whether your router is working properly.

  • Disable your computer’s security software or firewall temporarily.
  • Make sure that the Scan to button on your printer is enabled.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the printer software on your computer.
  • Reboot your router, computer, and then perform the scan operation.
