Check The Canon Printer Status:

  • If your printer is not scanning in Windows 10, immediately check if it is turned on.
  • Restart the printer and your Windows 10 computer.
  • Try to scan your document after restarting both devices.

Check The Printer Connection:

  • If your Canon printer is not able to scan after the restart, you have to check its connection to the Windows 10 computer.
