HOW TO SCAN USING EPSON ET-4760’S CONTROL PANEL

Using your printer control panel, you can easily scan an image or document to various destinations. Before you start, confirm that you have installed the printer software and also check if your printer is connected to your PC or network.

  • Place the original document or image on the scanner glass of your printer.
  • Press the Home button on the printer.
  • Select the Scan option.
  • Now, you will be prompted to select the destination. On the Scan To screen, choose from the below options.
    • Choose From The Below Options
  • Computer – To scan and save the original to your computer using your saved scan settings.
  • Cloud: To send your scanned original to Cloud that you have registered with Epson Connect.
  • Computer (WSD) – To manage network scanning in Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, or Windows 10.
  • Next, select the option on your control panel.
  • Color mode
  • File format
  • Scan Area
  • Original Type
  • Density
  • Remove Shadow
  • Remove Punch Holes

After choosing your desired scan settings, start scanning on your device.

When the first side of the original is scanned, flip the original to scan the other side.

Remember, you can use the 2-Sided Printing setting to print on both sides automatically. Follow the below instructions to print both sides of the document from your computer.

  • Open the image or document to print.
  • Select Print in your application.
  • Select your printer and go to the print settings screen.
  • Choose your desired print settings, such as Document size, Paper Type, Quality, etc.
  • Turn on double-sided printing from the 2-Sided Printing drop-down menu.
  • After choosing all your print settings, proceed to print your image or document.
