Initially, you have to make sure that your Epson printer is turned on and its hardware setup is completed.

Secondly, check whether your printer is connected to the computer. If not, connect the printer to your Windows or Mac computer.

Ensure that the necessary Epson scanner software is installed on your computer.

Now, open the Epson Scan 2 software on your computer.
