Before You Begin

Before starting, you need to complete the basic setup process.

You need to install the required driver on your computer.

For scanning your documents using a USB cable, connect the printer and the computer via USB cable.

For scanning your documents over a network, connect your printer to the computer over a wired or wireless network.

On the printer, load the document to be scanned in the document feeder.
On your computer, open Xerox Easy Printer Manager.
Click the Printer menu and choose your preferred mode of scanning (USB cable or the Internet).
