Before scanning a document, you need to set up the Fuji Xerox printer using the mailbox feature.

Activate the Salutation.
Start setting up the Subnet Mask/Gateway Address.

Create a mailbox.

Procedure For Creating Mailbox :

Note: You can create a maximum of 200 mailboxes.

On your printer’s control panel, select Setup Menu on the Menu screen.
Select the Mailbox.
Choose the required mailbox number and then select Enter or Change.
Type the password and then select Close.

Note: Create a unique password.
Enter the name for the mailbox by clicking Enter or Change name.
Click Save and then Close.
Finally, select Clear All.

And then, install the Network Scanner utility. The Network Scanner utility software includes two software:

Network Scanner Driver

Mailbox Viewer

Basic Steps To Scan A Document And Store It In Mailbox

On your printer’s control panel, select Scan on the Menu screen.

Select the mailbox.

Enter the number of the mailbox and then click Select.

Type the password and then select Save.

Choose the required features.

The Available Scanning Features Are:

Scan resolution
Document Type
2-Sided Documents
Mixed size Documents
Scan size

You can select these scanning features accordingly.
Once you’ve done, press Start.
Now the scanning starts, and the document is stored in the mailbox.
