SCAN USING THE PRINTER’S CONTROL PANEL

Make sure to turn on your printer.
Choose the Scan option from the home screen ofn your printer.
If the Scan option does not appear on the screen, press the Home button on the printer’s control panel.
Use the arrow keys and select the Scan option from the list.

Next, choose the Sscan to option from the list.
If you select the Scan to Computer option, then make sure to connect your printer and computer using a USB cable.
Now, follow the on-screen prompts on the printer screen to complete the scanning process.

ENABLE SCAN TO COMPUTER (WINDOWS)

Before scanning, make sure that you have completely installed the printer software on your computer.
Ensure to turn on your printer and connect it to your computer.
Now, launch the HP printer software on your computer.
Select the Print, Scan & Fax option at the top of the window.

Click on the Scan option.
Next, select the Manage Scan to Computer option.
Click the Enable button.

First, lift the scanner lid and load the document with the print side down on the scanner glass.

Otherwise, load the original with the print side up in the automatic document feeder.

Now, select the Start menu on your computer and navigate to the HP software.

Select the Print, Scan & Ffax option at the top of the window.

Next, click on the Scan tab below the optionat the top of the window.

Choose the Scan a Document or Photo option from the list.

Now, select the type of scan you want and click Scan.

Launch HP Utility on your Mac computer.
Next, select the Scan to Computer option below the Scan Settings option.

Make sure that the Enable Scan to Computer option is selected.

Make sure to load the document on the scanner glass.
Now, open the Applications folder on your Mac computer.
Launch the HP Easy Scan application.
