Logging In To Command Center:

  • Before starting, identify your email credentials such as email address, password, and server settings.
  • Connect your Kyocera printer to your computer.
  • Open the default browser and enter your printer's IP address in the URL field. Hit the Enter key to open the Kyocera Command Center to solve kyocera 0x1102 error.
  • You can identify your printer's IP address from the printer LCD panel.
  • Some printer models may have the Device Information button. Press the button to identify your printer's IP address.
  • Next, you will be asked to enter the login credentials to access the Command Center.

  • Once you have successfully logged in to the Command Center, click the Network Settings tab from the left-side panel.
  • Click the TCP/IP submenu and configure the DNS Server settings correctly to avoid the Kyocera 0x1102 error.
  • Check if the DNS IP addresses for your network have been specified correctly.
  • If you do not have a DNS server, enter the public DNS address (Google) in the DNS Server (Primary) field.
  • If necessary, fill the Secondary DNS Server field.
  • After verifying the DNS Server settings, click Submit.
  • Next, click the Network Settings menu and select the Protocol submenu from the left-side panel.
  • In the Send Protocols section, make sure that the SMTP (Email TX) option is set to On.
  • Select the STARTTLS option from the SMTP Security drop-down menu.
  • Verify if SSL is set to On and then click Submit.
  • Click the Function Settings from the left-side panel and enter the SMTP server settings of your email account in the SMTP section.
  • Ensure that you have selected the correct authentication and entered the correct email address and password in the required fields.
  • Under the Email Send Settings section, enter your name as the sender address.
  • Click Submit and then click the Test button next to Connection Test.
  • Once the authentication is complete, try sending a scan to your email.
