Preparing The Ricoh Aficio MP C2051 Printer For Scan To Email

Initially, check whether your Ricoh printer is connected to a stable network.

Next, check whether the network and other necessary settings of your printer are configured correctly.

Go to your printer’s User Tools/Counter/Enquiry screen.
Select System Settings > Interface Settings > Network. Now, check if the printer’s IPv4 address, IPv4 Gateway address, and effective protocol are enabled.
If yes, press the Exit button twice. Otherwise, modify the necessary setting by pressing the Change button.
