Make sure that the Ricoh printer is turned on.

Press the User Tools button on the control panel.

Select the Interface Settings tab.

Check the settings and ensure that the Ricoh printer is connected to the network.

On your personal computer, open the default browser.

Click the address bar and type the IP address of the Ricoh printer.

The Ricoh Web Image Monitor page will open.

Click the Login button as seen at the top right corner of the screen.

Enter the login details and click Login.

Once the login is done, click the Device Management tab on the left side of the page.

Select Configuration from the list.

Under the Device Settings section, click Email.

Scroll down to the SMTP section.

Enter the server name in the SMTP Server Name field.

Type the port number for your SMTP settings.
